The design of improvements to our common areas is a very important project and it's a great milestone to have reached a final set of design plans.
We began with a survey of owners in April 2023 to understand what was important and what our priorities should be. A consultation group of 11 owners then took part in an intensive review of various design options.
An final consultation meeting was held with owners on 16 July 2023 to confirm whether the final recommendations generally met the expectations of interest owners. This was a very positive session that confirmed a high level of consensus amongst those that attended.
