Active Building Management has been appointed as the new building management company of Union Green, as of Friday the 1st of November 2024. This will also include the common area cleaning and grounds maintenance.
Active Building Management is a specialist building management company, leading the industry with a focus on maintaining the facilities/complex, connecting people and using technology to create a safe and enjoyable community environment.
Key Services: To protect your asset, our team will ensure the upkeep of all common areas, including lobbies, stairwells, hallways, car parks, rooftops, gardens, and security systems.
For maintenance issues within your apartment, please reach out to your landlord or property agent. We can provide details of contractors familiar with Union Green, for any personal work you may need.

For urgent matters such as noise, safety, or security issues during the night, please contact our After Hours team who will attend. In emergencies, always dial 111 first.
All calls/lockouts should be phoned through (24/7) on 09 3778483 and MUST leave a message (this is a message service that gets communicated to the Building Manager in seconds). Callout charges do apply to the resident and identification and proof of address is required.
Building Residents App: We will continue using MYBOS for maintenance tracking and will also implement our tailored Active Hub app for enhanced communication. Please note, this is a new residents app, and you will receive your unique username and password on the Friday the 1st of November along with a user guide of what needs to be done. This app will continue to be your primary means of communication for maintenance requests and accessing services and you will receive notifications.
Please note: Active have transferred over the existing Union Green MYBOS information, resident details and cases, so this does not need to be updated at all.
Tenants should scan the QR code from the building signage to access the app.
