Here’s what you’ll need
It’s important you (and any tenants) follow the below steps to ensure your move goes as smoothly so we can maintain the quality and peaceful enjoyment of our community.
1. Register as a New Resident
Complete a short online form. You will be issued with a username and password for the Residents Portal. If you have issues contact building management at uniongreen@buildingmanagers.co.nz or 09 377 8483.
2. Confirm details of your move
Building Management will contact you to confirm that they have made all necessary arrangements for your move (loading zones, lifts, lift pads, trolleys etc), and provide you with a Move-In Checklist.
3. Resident Info and Applications
All the information about living at Union Green is in the Residents page of this website. There you will also find online applications for Pets, adding Heat Pump, buying a Locker and buying Hall-Way Ends.
4. Complete Move-In Checklist
When you are moving complete the Move-In Checklist provided by Building Management to help guide you through a smooth move.
5. Log any damage or issues
Whilst everyone try’s to avoid damage to common property when moving we understand on occasion this might occur. Via the Residents Portal under Maintenance Request please provide details and a photo.
Building management fees may apply if any damage or issues are not reported.
